Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the mobile app Success G1 (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms in full.

2. Purpose of the App
Success G1 is a study tool for the Ontario G1 knowledge test. It offers quizzes, mock exams, an adaptive mode, and progress statistics. The App does not guarantee success on the official test.
3. Non-affiliation
Success G1 is an independent product. We are not affiliated, approved, or sponsored by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, DriveTest, or any government body. These references are used only to describe the test context.
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with these terms and App Store rules. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
- Resell, rent, or distribute the question content without authorization;
- Bypass free-tier limitations or subscription controls;
- Use the App in an illegal or abusive way.
5. Free tier and full access
App features (quizzes, exams, analytics) are available; only the content (full bank of 637 questions) is limited in the free version (60 quiz questions, plus Practice Exams 1–2). Full access requires a lifetime in-app purchase or a 24-hour content trial.

6. Payments and refunds
All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policy. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. 24-hour PRO trial
The App may offer a single free 24-hour trial of adaptive features. When it expires, full access requires the lifetime in-app purchase. The trial does not renew automatically.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, questions, explanations, and databases are protected by copyright and remain our property or that of our licensors. No ownership rights are transferred beyond the license to use.
9. Accuracy of study content
The questions, answers, and explanations are created from official Ontario study materials and reviewed with care. For the details of our validation approach, applicable limits, and reporting procedure, see the Content validation page.
Only official Ontario driver education materials should be considered authoritative for your exam.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages, data loss, lost opportunities, or failure on the test resulting from use or inability to use the App.
11. Availability and updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. Updates may be necessary to maintain iOS compatibility or study content.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you violate these terms. Termination does not apply to the lifetime purchase (permanent access on your Apple ID).
13. Applicable law
Unless otherwise required by the laws of your place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled under the competent courts of the publisher’s jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
